About the role

We’re seeking a capable and well-rounded Senior IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our team at Jemena. This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for managing a diverse technology stack that supports critical business services. The ideal candidate will bring broad server infrastructure knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work across multiple platforms and technologies. You’ll be involved in proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of our systems, with participation in a 24x7 on-call roster.

This role suits someone with solid experience across server infrastructure technologies, who enjoys working across domains and contributing to a mature IT environment.

About You 

You’re someone who thrives in a complex IT environment and enjoys working across a broad range of technologies. You bring:

• Solid hands-on experience in corporate IT infrastructure operations
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills under ITIL or similar frameworks
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience supporting hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem)
• A good understanding of infrastructure dependencies and how systems interact

This role is best suited to someone with practical experience managing enterprise-grade infrastructure. While we value diverse backgrounds, this position requires more than entry-level exposure — ideally, you’ve moved beyond desktop support and are comfortable working across server platforms and core infrastructure systems.
