DSO Manager

Overview of our role

We’re seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Distribution System Operator(DSO) Manager to help shape the future of our network. You’ll lead the development of our DSO capability, enabling smarter integration of distributed energy, electrification, and evolving demand.

Working closely across teams, you’ll translate strategy into action—embedding DSO capability into planning, investment, and operations while unlocking growth opportunities and better customer outcomes.

• Experience in energy or regulated environments, with an understanding of market and compliance frameworks

Qualifications / certifications & Skills

• Experience in complex, large-scale organisations (utilities, mining, engineering) is highly valued
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or equivalent industry expertise
• Exposure to DSO strategy development within electricity distribution is advantageous
• Brings experience in project delivery, business analysis, or transformation initiatives
