Overview of our role
Be part of something new, meaningful, and genuinely impactful. This newly created, permanent Digital Productivity Lead role offers the opportunity to shape how people and technology come together across the organisation—bringing clarity, connection, and confidence to the way teams work every day.
At its heart, this role is about people. You’ll guide and support teams as they embrace AI and modern productivity tools, helping them unlock smarter, more intuitive ways of working. Through thoughtful collaboration, clear communication, and a strong sense of partnership, you’ll empower stakeholders at all levels to feel confident navigating change and realising real value from digital initiatives.
Blending strategic thinking with a hands-on, supportive approach, you’ll lead adoption journeys, facilitate engaging workshops, and co-create practical solutions that fit seamlessly into everyday work. Your impact will be seen not just in systems and processes, but in the confidence, capability, and momentum you help build across the business.
- Shape and guide the organisation’s productivity and AI strategy, turning ideas into practical, high-impact outcomes
- Partner closely with leaders and teams to embed smarter ways of working and support people through change
- Design and deliver engaging workshops, training, and resources that build confidence and capability
- Champion responsible, secure, and inclusive use of technology across the business
- Track adoption, insights, and impact—continually refining and improving how digital tools support everyday work
A little about you
- Proven experience in digital transformation, with the ability to turn ideas into meaningful outcomes
- Practical understanding of AI and modern technologies, applied in real business settings
- Strong change leadership, with a people-first approach to guiding adoption
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a talent for building trusted relationships
- Experience designing engaging training or learning experiences that bring others along the journey
- A value-driven mindset, with the ability to connect technology adoption to real business impact
Qualifications / certifications & Skills
- Significant experience with M365 Copilot, Power Platform and related technologies in an enterprise environment
- Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and practical solutions
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Talent for simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience across agile and traditional delivery, including process mapping and roadmap development
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to present data, risks, and insights to support decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Change Management)
- Certifications in AI, digital transformation, or change management are advantageous.
