What You’ll Be Doing

Our Senior Test Engineers live and breathe quality, championing best practices and automation throughout the software delivery lifecycle. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our teams to deliver reliable, high-impact software. You’ll shape reliable software by clarifying requirements, reducing risks and evolving testing practices to drive continuous improvement. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll ensure every solution hits the mark and supports business goals. You’ll also:

  • Lead testing strategy and planning - from estimation and scheduling through to risk analysis and test design
  • Oversee execution and defects – manage end-to-end testing, environments, data readiness and defect resolution
  • Collaborate and report - work closely with developers, product owners and project managers, keeping everyone informed with clear insights
  • Champion improvement and mentorship - refine testing processes and support the growth of junior team members

 What Sets You Apart

We’d love to hear from driven and curious professionals with:

  • 7+ years of hands-on testing experience, with a significant focus on test automation within full-stack application environments
  • Proven ability to develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Test Plans and Test Summary Reports
  • Expertise in designing and developing automated UI test suites with tools like Playwright or similar
  • Proficiency in automated API testing using tools such as Supertest, Axios, Postman, or equivalent
  • Experience with performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Artillery.io, JMeter, Lighthouse)
  • Proven hands-on experience with cross-browser/device testing strategies and platforms (e.g., BrowserStack)
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD principles and proven experience integrating automated tests into pipelines  
  • Proficiency using Azure DevOps (or similar ALM tools) for collaboration and repository management, coupled with experience using dedicated Test Management Tools (e.g., BrowserStack Test Management, Xray) for test case management, execution tracking, and reporting linkage  
  • Strong defect management experience, including identification, detailed logging, tracking and providing clear, actionable feedback to development teams.  
  • Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, including leveraging its services for testing purposes
  • Salesforce or WordPress testing experience, for custom and standard functionalities, is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to analyse and continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tool usage to improve product quality and team productivity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively diagnose complex issues and drive test strategy improvements
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, utilities, etc.) is considered a plus
