What You’ll Be Doing

As our Product Analyst, you’re the link between our Energy partners and internal teams, making sure product data is accurate, consistent and ready to roll across our digital platforms.

Your days will be a mix of working with commercial and product teams, wrangling large sets of data into a clean, standard format and ensuring product and pricing updates land smoothly in our systems. You’ll also play detective - spotting opportunities to improve processes and working with stakeholders to make them happen.

Some evenings, you’ll take the lead on releasing and testing updates, keeping a cool head while making sure everything runs as it should. It’s a hands-on role where flexibility is key - you’ll lean in where needed, take ownership, and make sure the details are nailed.

What Sets You Apart

You’re someone who thrives on accuracy and has an eye for the finer details. Juggling multiple priorities doesn’t faze you - you’re organised, proactive, and know how to keep things moving, even when timelines are tight or the environment is shifting.

Excel is your go-to tool, and you’re confident working with large data sets. You don’t need product experience to succeed here - what matters is your curiosity, logical mindset and ability to connect the dots.

Experience in a regulated space like energy, telco or fin services would be a bonus but it’s not essential. What really counts is your willingness to learn, your flexible approach and your readiness to jump in where needed.

From time to time (about 1–2 evenings a week), you’ll support product releases after-hours (but don’t worry, you’ll get that time back the next day).
