What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in powering data‑driven decision making, supporting product optimisation, and enabling effective delivery across cross‑functional teams. You will analyse multi‑source data, support experimentation, enhance product documentation, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and technical teams to help bring high‑quality customer-facing features to life.

Key Accountabilities — Role-Specific Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll drive data‑led insights, support experimentation, and enable smooth delivery across product initiatives. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and technical teams to analyse performance, shape requirements, remove delivery blockers, and ensure enhancements move efficiently from discovery through to production. You’ll also play a key part in tracking initiatives, supporting QA, managing tickets, and ensuring product improvements align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing data, monitoring KPIs, and generating insights to support optimisation and decision‑making

• Supporting A/B testing, documenting requirements, and preparing proposals for product and design teams

• Collaborating across teams to remove blockers, manage tickets, track timelines, and support delivery ceremonies

• Assisting with testing, partner onboarding, maintenance workflows, and ensuring initiatives align with product objectives
