What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Communications Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with our customers across digital channels. You’ll own the creation and execution of customer communications, using data and insight to optimise performance and deliver commercial outcomes.

This is an individual contributor role with senior‑level accountability, managing content and campaigns across multiple verticals and contributing directly to QS and revenue targets.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing content plans aligned to business and vertical objectives
  • Writing and editing high‑quality email, SMS and app push content for both brands
  • Building and deploying campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Managing always‑on and ad hoc campaigns across multiple customer segments
  • Ensuring best‑practice QA across links, personalisation and device rendering
  • Tracking and analysing KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversions and revenue
  • Preparing performance insights and recommendations for key stakeholders

What Sets You Apart

We’d love to hear from professionals who:

• Have 5+ years’ experience in email, CRM or digital communications

• Are highly proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar ESP

• Write clear, compelling copy across email, SMS and app notifications

• Understand customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation

• Use data and insights to continuously optimise campaign performance

• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
