Together, we provide a seamless, customer‑focused experience that makes it easier for Australians to find the right products to suit their needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Customer Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and managing high-quality, customer-focused content across email, SMS and App push notifications. This role builds campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), drives performance through reporting and analysis, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver strategic uplift. While this is an individual contributor role, it requires senior-level expertise and ownership of content execution across multiple channels. This role also manages a portfolio of verticals, ensuring alignment with specific vertical objectives and contributes directly to achieving QS and revenue targets for the Customer Communications team, reinforcing its strategic importance.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive content plan aligned to business targets and vertical objectives.
  •  Write and edit ad hoc and always‑on email content for both brands, ensuring tone and messaging align with brand guidelines.
  • Create SMS and app push notification content that is concise, engaging, and compliant with platform limitations.
  • Adapt content for different customer segments based on campaign objectives and lifecycle stage.
  • Build and configure email campaigns in SFMC, including dynamic content and responsive design.
  • Apply QA processes to ensure accuracy in links, personalization, and rendering across devices.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates, quote starts and revenue.
  • Analyse campaign performance to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to vertical stakeholders with recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vertical stakeholders regarding content and campaign performance.
