What you do:

  • Shape and nurture a high-performing culture and create a talent advantage within our organisation.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on HR guidance to retain and engage top talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead employee capability efforts and oversee leadership appointments, movements, and promotions to support organisational growth and development.
  • Drive performance and talent management processes, fostering continuous improvement and employee development.
  • Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, including comprehensive planning, effective communication, and proactive strategies to address the people element of organisational change.
  • Handle employee relations matters with a focus on compliance and best practices, ensuring a respectful workplace environment.
  • Support leaders in addressing their HR needs, providing coaching and guidance in performance management and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing practices and driving departmental performance.
  • Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, including comprehensive planning, effective communication, and proactive strategies to address the people element of organisational change.

 About you

  • You are able to switch between big-picture thinking and getting stuff done on the ground, depending on what the situation calls for.
  • You're great at giving HR advice, especially when it comes to understanding policies, solving problems, investigating issues, managing performance, and handling terminations.
  • We need someone who's a pro at talking to people, coaching them, and getting them on board with new ideas, no matter where they are in the company.
  • You have taken the lead on projects related to diversity, well-being, making work fun, or helping people perform better.
  • If you're good with numbers and can use data to make smart decisions, that's a big plus.
  • You juggle multiple projects and keep everything organized, that's a must.
  • You come up with cool, simple ideas to make work better for everyone. Bonus points if you've done this in sales or tech teams before.
  • You have a degree in Human Resources or something similar.
