With this change comes an exciting new opportunity to shape the future of our People & Culture team. We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in embedding people strategies that drive real business impact.

  • Balance strategy and execution – lead initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, and operational effectiveness, while also rolling up your sleeves when needed.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a mid-to-large organisation, with a strong understanding of how HR drives business outcomes.
  • Change management expertise – comfortable navigating transformation and embedding new ways of working.
  • Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders, positioning HR as an enabler, not a roadblock.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, industrial relations, and HR compliance.
  • Experience leveraging HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Expertise in organisational development, talent management, and performance management.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate and remove barriers to success.
