 What You’ll Do:

• Talk with customers who’ve asked for help comparing energy plans.
• Understand their usage and match them with the right options.
• Explain clearly, build trust, and create great experiences.
• Hit targets with daily support, coaching, and real-time feedback.
• Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated individuals who are proactive and results-focused
• Strong communicators who enjoy helping others and finding solutions
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a compliance-driven environment
• Willing to learn and grow – we’ll support you with hands-on training and ongoing coaching
• Previous sales experience is welcome but not essential
