What You’ll Be Doing
Working across two iconic brands - iSelect and Compare the Market - you’ll be the strategist behind where our marketing dollars go. You’ll drive lead generation through paid search and performance channels, making sure every campaign delivers maximum impact and profitability. You’ll combine deep paid media expertise with sharp commercial thinking to optimise spend and hit ambitious targets.
- Own the numbers: Drive lead generation and revenue through Paid Search and Performance Display, hitting targets while keeping margins in check
- Shape the strategy: Build smart SEM roadmaps, bidding frameworks and measurement plans that set the pace for success
- Keep it clean: Maintain best-practice account structures, naming conventions and tagging like a pro
- Tell the story: Turn data into insights with clear, compelling reporting and dashboards that wow stakeholders
- Innovate and automate: Create scripts for hygiene, pacing and creative rotation
- Build smart models: Forecast performance, optimise bidding and predict customer value - plus run tests to uncover what really drives results (using MMM/MTA and CLV models)
While you won’t have direct reports, you’ll mentor peers, share knowledge and champion best practices across the team.
