Health Insurance Sales Team Leader

If you’re a driven sales leader who wants their earnings tied directly to performance, this one’s for you.

You’ll start on a $110,000 base (inclusive) with a clear progression path to $140,000+, plus uncapped monthly commissions. There’s no ceiling here. If your team performs, you earn more.

This is a front‑line leadership role in a high‑energy, outbound Health Insurance environment. You’ll be visible on the floor, coaching live calls, driving targets, and lifting results every day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and coaching a team of 10-15 Health Insurance outbound sales consultants
  • Driving sales performance through clear targets, feedback and live call coaching
  • Supporting consultants to improve closing, objection handling and quality outcomes
  • Using data to track performance and lift results
  • Managing underperformance early, clearly and fairly
  • Balancing commercial outcomes with Health Insurance compliance requirements
  • Working with other leaders to improve performance and ways of working

What we’re looking for

  • Previous leadership experience in an outbound Sales or contact centre environment
  • Strong understanding of Health Insurance compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Track record of driving results through coaching and accountability
  • Confidence running the floor and having performance conversations
  • Commercially minded and motivated by performance and growth
  • Ambitious, switched‑on and keen to keep progressing
