The Opportunity:

• Are you ready to elevate your career to the next level? We're seeking a Head of Sales and Distribution to lead our Car and Home Insurance product strategy, aligning it with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Define the strategic direction for our insurance products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to drive strategic initiatives, overcome technical challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance sales performance, customer satisfaction, and provide clear updates to senior leadership.
• Work closely with partners to streamline call centre operations, ensuring efficiency and a superior customer experience.
• Manage daily operations and financial outcomes, including P&L, cost margins, and compliance, to consistently meet performance targets.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial and marketing teams to refine processes, address compliance issues, boost lead volumes, optimise customer segmentation, and support growth initiatives.
• Leverage data and insights to track campaign performance and guide strategic decision-making.\
• Lead and develop your team, fostering innovation, high performance, and a strong alignment with our values.

About you:

• An experienced leader with at least 5 years of senior management experience and a solid 10+ years in the General Insurance industry.
• Proven expertise in Digital B2C businesses, with a demonstrated ability to drive success in this space.

• Exceptional leadership skills, with a natural ability to influence, inspire, and lead teams toward shared goals.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement at all organisational levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Passionate about thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ready to embrace challenges and drive progress.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently engage with Partners, ensuring strong satisfaction in sales outcomes and overall customer experience.
