After we receive your application, you’ll be invited to complete a short assessment that offers a preview of this role with simulated scenarios you’ll likely face on the job. The assessment will take around 10 minutes to complete and is focused on assessing skills in sales, resilience, motivation, and communication. We’ll use this assessment during our interview process to fully assess your skill set and fit for our team.

What you do:

What you need:

  • Experience in either call centres, phone-based sales or selling insurance – desirable
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Strong motivation in meeting and exceeding KPI’s
  • You possess resilience and motivation, demonstrating the capability and determination to engage in multiple consecutive outbound sales calls 
  • The ability to problem solve and encourage people to make informed decisions
  • Good learning agility to be able to use multiple and sometimes complex computer systems
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Highly engaged and collaborative, you enjoy being a key member of a high performing team
  • Flexibility to work from home and in the office; you must have a quiet, secure, and private workspace.

Flexible Working Environment:

  • Available to work from home and in our CBD office, Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm (AEST) on a rotating roster
  • Internet: you need to have access to fast and reliable internet connection
  • We will provide you with all the necessary hardware and software including computer, monitor, headset etc
