What you do:

iSelect are looking for a multitasking maestro to join our team as our Operations Coordinator! You'll be the wizard behind the curtain, managing diaries, emails, meetings, and more for the Executive - Operations and Finance. You'll also be the go-to for travel logistics, expense reconciliation, and event planning. Plus, you'll supercharge team effectiveness by proactively prepping them with all the tools and resources they need to conquer the day.

What you need:

This candidate brings a wealth of experience to the table. They're adept at coordinating tasks, supporting team presentations and meetings, and navigating the Microsoft Office Suite like a pro. With strong time management skills, they can handle tight deadlines and multitask effectively. Their communication skills are top-notch, enabling them to interact seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. They take a proactive approach to their responsibilities and are comfortable working with senior management and external stakeholders. Additionally, they're proficient in document management, rounding out their skill set nicely.
