How you fit:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst. As a data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will enable our organization to optimize performance, identify trends, and drive overall business growth.
You will be working with business stakeholders , business analysts and data engineers to understand and translate user requirements into practical end-to-end reporting solutions. There will a strong focus on understanding the underlying data structures and platforms and how best to use them for analytics.

What you do:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Performance Measurement: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor and evaluate performance against targets, identifying areas of improvement and recommending strategies to optimize performance.
- Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology and business) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement through data analysis.
- Data Modeling and Profiling: Collaborate with project delivery teams and internal data engineers to profile and analyse available data to generate insights, outliers and trends in order to feed into production data models used for analytical solutions.
- Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by conducting data quality checks and implementing data validation processes. Identify and resolve data anomalies or discrepancies.
- Trend Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, industry benchmarks, across tools, technologies and data advancements to bring innovative solutions for the business. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the field of business intelligence.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations, interactive dashboards, and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science or a related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and databases, working knowledge of Python .
- Skilled in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Looker etc
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge or experience working with AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agent-based systems is a plus.
