What You’ll Be Doing

We’re elevating how Aussies discover, compare and choose – and our SEO team sits right at the heart of it! Our SEO Specialist is the driving force behind organic performance across two of Australia’s most recognised comparison brands.

You’ll own your vertical’s SEO agenda and content pipeline end‑to‑end to guide content that’s genuinely useful, reliable and customer‑first. You’ll work at the forefront of AI Search and SGE, ensuring our pages surface clearly in new search experiences. You’ll take the lead on:

• Setting priorities and guiding what gets built, updated and improved
• Owning a clear now/next/later roadmap tied to commercial outcomes
• Optimising content for AI search using retrievability rules, schema and prompting insights
• Delivering monthly reporting for key stakeholders
• Leading quarterly audits and competitor analysis to stay ahead

What Sets You Apart

This is a role for someone who gets energy from spotting opportunities, sharpening content and staying ahead of AI‑driven search. You’ll have:

• 5+ years in an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Financial services / YMYL experience (a bonus)
• Experience managing large content ecosystems and SEO roadmaps
• Strong content briefing skills (build, create and critique)
• Advanced skills using SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC and AI tools
• Strong capability in producing Content briefs (schema, answers, competitor insights, linking frameworks)
• Experience running full‑funnel audits across technical, content and E‑E‑A‑T
• Confidence diagnosing indexing, duplication, linking and content decay issues
