iSelect is at an exciting point in its journey and we’re looking for a talented and experienced Marketer to join the Brand and Customer division to support iSelect’s growth agenda.
What you do:
As Senior Brand and Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the repositioning of the iSelect brand to deliver commercially focused and customer driven outcomes. You will develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance brand image, increase brand awareness, and build the company's profile and reputation in the Australia market. This includes managing broader brand campaigns, brand positioning, and brand messaging. You’ll be the Brand guardian ensuring effective collaboration with the Digital Marketing, Product, vertical owners and other key stakeholders to ensure the repositioning of the iSelect brand is well understood and consistently executed across all relevant touchpoints.
You’ll be data and insights savvy, will track, report and measure key metrics to be able to validate performance. You’ll be a key part of the Brand and Customer Leadership team, and you will lead and coach key stakeholders and divisions on what excellence in brand execution looks like, and then support them in delivering to this standard.
What you need:
- 5+ years experience in brand management either within utilities, FMCG, financial services or health industries
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven experience in brand strategy and brand management
- Ability to manage the Brand process from objectives and briefing to strategic and creative evaluation, execution and measurement
- Strong strategic and creative thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute effective brand and communications strategies
- Highly analytical with demonstrated experience in using data and insights
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
