What you do:

As a pivotal member reporting directly to the Learning and Development Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the journey of our newest recruits. Your responsibilities will include guiding them through our comprehensive onboarding program, where you'll impart essential skills in contact center sales and customer service. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on leadership, directly managing their progress and development. Join us and be part of shaping the future of our talent pool!

Here are some examples of the tasks you would be asked to do

  • Provide expertise and support to the training facilitator during onboarding for our new comparison experts.
  • In partnership with the facilitator and Team Leder identify gaps in knowledge, provide recommendations, and develop solutions, to align with the learning needs. 
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, training materials, and generate reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of coaching initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate calls and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement among comparison experts.
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of the sales process, including product knowledge, system navigation, sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies for our existing Comparison Experts.
  • In partnership with the Learning and Development Lead, identify process gaps and inefficiencies in the sales cycle and suggest improvements to enhance overall performance and productivity. 

 About you

  • Are you the type of person who lights up when you see others succeed? We're looking for someone who thrives on coaching, someone who knows how to inspire and empower individuals to unlock their greatest strengths and achieve their goals.
  • Do you speak the language of sales fluently? We need someone who not only understands sales processes and methodologies but also knows how to measure and improve sales performance.
  • Have you cut your teeth in the Contact Centre world? We're looking for someone with firsthand experience in this fast-paced environment, who understands the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • We need a relationship builder extraordinaire who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Do you have the credentials to back up your expertise? While not mandatory, certification in coaching, training, or sales would definitely catch our eye.
  • Are you a master at identifying training needs and designing effective solutions? If you have a knack for conducting thorough training needs analysis from start to finish, we want to hear from you.
