- Evaluate the financial impact of HR programmes and interventions ensuring they deliver measurable value to the business.
- Prepare business cases for HR initiatives, clearly articulating expected return on investment and alignment with organisational goals.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management
- In partnership with the Organisational Development team apply commercial insights to the design, launch, and continuous improvement of HR products, ensuring they address real business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Monitor the performance and uptake of HR products, using data to refine features, improve user experience, and maximise return on investment.
Case Management and Industrial Disputes
- Demonstrated expertise and ability to manage all conduct, medical, and performance-related cases, including the ability to prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation such as scripts, interview guides, warning letters, doctors’ letters, separation letters, and termination letters. This includes ensuring all correspondence and case management processes are handled in accordance with legal requirements, organisational policies, and best practice standards, while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and sensitivity throughout.
