What you do:

A newly created role to be the Senior Project Manager on migrating iSelect's telephony system to Genesys CX3 cloud based omni-channel solution.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the successful migration and implementation of the cloud based telephony system, meeting project timelines, budget constraints, and exceeding quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage capacity, cost, risks and effectively engage with key stakeholders, whilst driving the project to successful completion.

What you need:

  • Minimum 5 years experience leading complex, large scale integration projects and cloud implementations
  • Experience migrating on-premise to cloud based telephony platform (Genesys preferable)
  • Experience operating within traditional and contemporary delivery models (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
  • Effective end to end stakeholder management skills to help the team in managing stakeholder expectations and co-ordination of tasks
  • Work at project and program level to deliver high value company wide visible initiatives 
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
