What you do:

As a pivotal member reporting directly to the Learning and Development Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the journey of our newest recruits. Your responsibilities will include guiding them through our comprehensive onboarding program, where you'll impart essential skills in contact center sales and customer service. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on leadership, directly managing their progress and development. Join us and be part of shaping the future of our talent pool!

Here are some examples of the tasks you would be asked to do

  • Onboarding and training facilitation for our new Comparison Experts.
  • Ensuring effective guidance and people leadership support for new hires during their crucial initial three months of employment to foster successful integration within iSelect
  • Complete comprehensive learning needs analysis and identify gaps in learning pathways, provide recommendations, update, design, and develop solutions, in partnership with subject matter experts to align with the learning needs. 
  • Ensure comparison experts have a great learning experiences through engaging training sessions, personalized assistance if required, and appealing content to help them excel in frontline sales.
  • Constantly scan the market for best practice training techniques and systems for lifting Sales and Customer experience capability
  • In partnership with the Learning and Development Lead, develop and deploy programs to uplift capability and create talent pools ahead of roles becoming available across iSelect.
  • Assist the Learning and Development Lead in identifying training interventions for top talent retention plans across the organisation.

About you

  • Experience in eLearning development. Ideally using Articulate 360 (highly desirable): You're not afraid to dive into the world of digital learning. In fact, you excel at it. Whether it's creating interactive modules or designing captivating eLearning content, you're the go-to person. And if you're familiar with Articulate 360, well, that's just the icing on the cake.
