Sales Consultant | Melbourne CBD | Mon-Fri | Full-time | Start 18th May

At iSelect, customers come to us already looking to compare health insurance options- no cold calling, no chasing leads. Your role is to have real conversations, understand what matters to them and recommend the right solution.

With over 25 years’ experience, we know what good training looks like and what it takes to set people up to perform well, earn confidently, and build a long‑term career.

What you'll earn:

  • $70,000 base incl. super from day one
  • $75,000 base incl. super after 6 months
  • Uncapped monthly commission (paid on top of base)
  • 6‑monthly salary reviews with progression up to $110K base
  • Optional paid overtime available, with penalty rates

Your day‑to‑day:

You’ll speak with customers who are already looking to compare — often feeling the pinch of rising costs and unsure where to start. By asking the right questions and making complex health cover simple, you’ll help customers understand their options and choose what genuinely fits their life and budget.

What we’re looking for:

No sales experience needed, and you don’t need to know health insurance (that’s what training is for).

  • Enjoys making an impact by helping customers make confident decisions
