What you do: 

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives and future workforce needs. 
  • Enhance the organisation's employer brand through targeted marketing initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to optimise performance and foster growth. 
  • Oversee the teams execution for the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience. 
  • Ensure the team utilise various sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions. 
  • Track and interpret recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies, while championing diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices. 
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to optimize sourcing channels and control recruitment costs. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence 
  • Oversee the recruitment budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring no overspend. Monitor expenses, negotiate vendor contracts, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimise budget utilization without compromising on recruitment quality or efficiency. 

About you 

  • You are a go getter with demonstrated ability to lead recruitment initiatives that embrace modern practices and industry trends. This includes implementing innovative approaches and leveraging cutting-edge strategies to optimise recruitment processes and outcomes.  
  • You have a strong track record of leading and mentoring recruitment teams to achieve optimal performance and growth. 
  • You have experience in managing recruitment budgets to maximize ROI and prevent overspending while maintaining quality and efficiency. 
  • A proven ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies in line with organisational goals. 
  • You are proficient in overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and positive candidate experiences. 
  • You love working as part of a bigger team and thrive on collaboration. You are passionate about collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
