Assistant Manager

The Isa Hotel is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team, take the next step in your career working within a large multi-outlet Venue.

You will be an integral part of the team, second in charge to the Hotel Manager. Leading the team from the front, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and leading an experienced team to provide a high level of customer service to our patrons.

The Successful Candidate:

• Hands-on Manager with a proven track record in Duty Management and Assistant Management roles
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Experience in a high-volume food, bar, function, gaming and retail environment.
• Current RSA, RSG and RMLV
• Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised
• Strong leadership, training and motivational skills.
