Retail Duty Manager

The Isa Hotel is seeking a Retail Duty Manager to help oversee the retail operations including the onsite drive-thru and detached Liquor Warehouse.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient and profitable running of the hotel bottle shops. 

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Delivering exceptional customer service 
• Ensuring the correct handling of money within the bottle shop
• Directing and leading team members and assisting with maintaining efficient staff levels
• Ensuring the retail stores are fully compliant with all relevant legislation
• Coordinating the ongoing cleanliness and maintenance of cellar or liquor store areas and equipment 

To be successful in the role, you will possess the following skills: 

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Hospitality or Hotel environment and prior experience in Liquor Management.
• Highly focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to deal and manage conflict and escalate to the Retail Manager as/when required 
• Ability to drive the team to continued success
• Attention to detail and time management
