Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop all restaurant staff, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
• Ensure that restaurant operations comply with all state, federal, and legislative requirements, including liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace health and safety.
• Continuously analyse restaurant operations, identify areas and ideas for improvement and present these to your manager.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service, responding proactively to customer needs and resolving any potential conflict situations.
• Develop strategies to drive customer loyalty, repeat business, and growth and present to your manager.
• Oversee daily operations, including labour control, bar stock levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in supervising or managing hospitality food & beverage operations, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
• RSA certification.
