The primary role of the travel coordinator is to undertaking all booking and coordination of flights and accommodation for the site based project team and visitors.
Controlling and maintaining a rolling roster of all site person.
Booking all domestic travel in alignment with the project travel process.
Liaising with Human Resource and the Project team to ensure all approved changes to the roster are undertaken and updated.

Previous 3-5 years experience in organizing domestic site travel and site accommodation.
A high developed history with mobilization and demobilization with a major construction project is a must.
Maintaining R&R Roster, Travel Logs and exposure to various booking systems are essential.
A friendly and approachable attitude, a can do and will do approach to work.
