- People matter here. That’s why we’re hiring you.
- Bring your HR processes experience to a team that will valiue you
- Discover the dental industry and advance your HR career
Your administration skills start the journey — your growth helps shape the future.
This is your chance to take your HR administration experience further. You’ll be the first dedicated HR Administrator in our dental group, with autonomy to shape processes and systems for the future. Your skills will be valued, your ideas will be heard, and you’ll be trusted to make a real difference.
You’ll begin with the foundations - policies, systems, day to day HR support, and as we grow, so will your role. There’s a genuine opportunity to evolve into a people management or advisory position over time.
You’ll work closely with supportive leaders who genuinely care about your success. This is an organisation that values balance, wellbeing, and doing the right thing.
Here, you won’t be fighting for a seat at the table, you’re already invited.
No dental experience? No problem. We’ll value your people-first mindset and teach you about the industry.
About the role
You will start with the fundamentals, and grow from here.
You’ll be the go-to for:
- Recruitment & onboarding - helping to find great people and set them up for success
- General HR admin - keeping everything running smoothly and coordinating the HR calendar
- From Fair Work to OH&S, the right subscriptions are already in place — making it easy for you to access reliable information and help us stay on track
- Employee support - assisting Practice Managers and team members with everyday people matters, coordinating reviews and check ins
- Deputy HR software - getting the program up and running and making the most of it (it's OK if you haven't used Deputy HRIS - we have access to resources help, you just need to be good with the tech)
- Occasional reception cover - lending a hand when needed, only until rosters are settled
You’ll be based at our Karana Downs practice, with some local travel to Karalee and Pullenvale, so a driver’s license and your own car are essential.
What you’ll bring:
- 1 or more years in HR administration, or a recent degree in human resources
- A solid understanding of employment basics and a proactive, get-things-done approach
- A love of order, detail, and clear documentation
- A friendly, calm, approachable style - people feel comfortable coming to you
- Great communication and follow-through - you don’t let things slip
- Located within 20km of Karana Downs - because long commutes aren’t great for anyone
Why us?
We’re growing steadily and ready to put some simple, solid HR processes in place to support the team and lay the foundation for what comes next.
You’ll join a warm, kind-hearted team backed by a Business Leader who truly cares and a Group Manager who knows the business inside out.
