The Role

As the Team Administrator you will work closely with a highly engaged team of passionate people, who provide cutting edge software technology to clients in the construction industry.

This role ensures a seamless connection between client-facing commercial activities, through to the internal financial systems and processes within Construction Industry Solutions (COINS). 

Working collaboratively with the Managing Director, the Key Objectives will be to:-

•      Ensure the integrity of the company’s end-to-end commercial process

•      Support the MD to organise and oversee Australia and NZ commercial activities

•      Coordinate with the functional areas of the COINS Global business

On a day-to-day basis you will review commercial documentation for accuracy and integrity, and ensure the effective delivery of quotes, contracts and NDAs to clients and third parties. Utilising our internal COINS Management System, you will input data and provide reporting on the status of contracts and customer feedback.

In terms of the operations side of the role, you will interface with payroll, purchasing, and people-related administration. In conjunction with the MD, you will be involved in ISO Audit preparation, leasing, insurances and compliance. There is also the opportunity to be involved in the coordination of events and workshops. Advancement to Operations Management is one of several long term career pathways available in our growing company.

This is a full-time permanent role. For the first 6 months this position will be onsite in our Eight Mile Plains office to allow you to engage and bond with the close knit team, and familiarise yourself with the business operation. After this initial period, hybrid working arrangements can be provided for those interested in a combination of onsite and working from home.

•      Significant experience in commercial activities such as pricing, quoting and contract administration

•      An extraordinary eye for detail

•      A high level of computer literacy, verbal and numerical reasoning

•      Discretion to handle confidential information
