As our Leasing Manager, you will shape the leasing success of some of Sydney’s most prominent office assets across both existing portfolios and new developments. You are highly motivated, detail-orientated and a strategic, independent thinker with sound commercial judgement. This role involves the strategic development and execution of leasing strategies, preparation of leasing marketing collateral, managing lease negotiations, fostering relationships, as well as the oversight of data management to support leasing performance and growth initiatives.
Your key responsibilities:
• Transaction Management: Lead end-to-end leasing transactions, managing negotiations and documentation with prospective tenants and their representatives. Prepare and mark up Heads of Agreement in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Develop and present leasing recommendations and analyses to decision-makers.
• Marketing & Leasing Strategy: Oversee the creation of market‑leading marketing collateral in partnership with internal and external marketing teams. Prepare considered, data‑led leasing strategies for new assets and developments and contribute to underwriting for prospective acquisitions.
• Reporting & Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of leasing activity to internal and external stakeholders. Oversee regular leasing minutes for owner reporting and manage the leasing database in collaboration with the Leasing Analyst.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants, tenant representatives, leasing agents, property consultants and other transaction stakeholders. Partner closely with Asset Management, Development, Legal, Finance and Marketing to drive outcomes.
What you bring:
- A least 5+ years’ experience in office leasing ideally within agency, tenant representation, in‑house leasing or general management
- Demonstrated success in managing leasing transactions
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- A current NSW real estate licence preferred
- Strong grasp of office leasing principles, practices and market dynamics; knowledge of the Sydney office market preferred; familiarity with acquisition underwriting and development processes; understanding of office property marketing.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and stakeholder management
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates challenges and delivers solutions
- High professionalism and attention to detail
- Collaborative approach across multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
