At Investa we're currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager that values collaboration and fosters a positive & proactive mindset.  As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced setting, showcasing your creative abilities and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies. Your focus on data-driven approaches and achieving results, along with your expertise in stakeholder management, will drive your success in this role. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and execute our digital marketing strategy and initiatives in collaboration with our Senior Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will include enhancing our digital brand, ensuring consistency and efficiency, and optimizing internal and external processes. As a part of the Marketing department, you will work closely with and report to our Senior Marketing Manager, forming a strong partnership.

Key Responsibilities but not limited by:

  • Co-ordinate new web projects.
  • Identify and recommend functional and UX enhancements to existing sites.
  • Co-ordinate regular reviews and enhancements to existing website content.
  • Report regularly on website performance against divisional strategic objectives.
  • Develop content required to populate webpages with Comms team and handle the publication of it.
  • Co-ordinate with Investa business units to create email communication programs in conjunction.
  • Develop and execute content required for the email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimise use of email distribution platform HubSpot and manage account.
  • Set up of Marketing workflows & automations within HubSpot.
  • Manage the SEO agency for the on and off page optimisation including involvement in the content strategy, blog content development, external writers, keyword research and reporting for the Investa website.
  • Management of the Digital Asset Management Platform (DAM)  and Canva to ensure they are providing the value required by the business.
  • Training for new users and working with content ‘champions’ to audit their materials regularly and ensuring that templates are consistent from a brand perspective.
  • Explore new technology that can be utilised to better reach our target audiences and advance our digital business tools.  

Qualifications:

  • Digital marketing/technology degree preferred (Diploma acceptable)

Experience:

  • Previous experience optimising and co-ordinating the delivery of new website projects including site design, content creation and migration, and on-going maintenance.
  • Must have experience developing business strategy for the digital division.
  • Experience in developing content required for various digital channels.
  • Experience/knowledge of the principles of responsive design and designing for mobile devices.
  • Experience in email marketing and automated communications.
  • CRM – set-up, user engagement and optimisation to business requirements.
  • Experience with HubSpot, SharePoint, Canva and Google Analytics.
  • High level of experience with SEO and managing supplier relationships.
