We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to join the team on a 12 month contract. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality building operations and exceptional tenant experiences across our portfolio. You’ll bring a customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance operational priorities while supporting safety, sustainability and performance outcomes.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure assigned building(s) operate safely, efficiently and effectively, delivering a positive experience for tenants and visitors
  • Maintain high standards of building presentation and service delivery in line with Investa requirements
  • Build strong, customer-focused relationships with tenants and tenant representatives
  • Manage and coordinate suppliers and contractors to deliver planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with service agreements
  • Support building performance through effective management of control systems and initiatives to reduce energy, water and waste consumption
  • Support sustainability, WHS&E compliance and risk management outcomes across the building(s)Assist with OPEX and CAPEX budgeting and lifecycle planning
  • Coordinate tenant fit-out works and operational project delivery in line with approved plans and statutory requirements
  • Support emergency management processes, safety inspections and incident reporting requirements
  • Prepare monthly operational reporting as required

 

What you bring:

  • Experience in facilities management, building operations or property services
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of WHS&E compliance, building services and risk management practices
  • Exposure to sustainability, energy efficiency or environmental performance initiatives
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and reporting capability
