Investa has an exciting new position that will push the digital envelope and elevate our digital design work. We’re seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist, who will play a key role in implementing and supporting the creation of creative digital solutions for the business. You’ll partner with our marketing, communication and other design specialist and key stakeholders to produce engaging visual assets across various digital platforms.
This person will need to have a high level of digital technical and design skills and be able to understand business requirements, recommend appropriate digital solutions, create them, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and utilisation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms, including for social media, web, PPT presentations and other channels as required.
- Utilising video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D for example, to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects.
- Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content, and ability to build animated PPT presentations and interactive PDFs for example.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet stakeholder requirements and exceed expectations.
- Supporting the management of key digital platforms and tools and looking at ways to evolve them to provide cutting edge digital solutions and experiences.
- Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team and enhancing our offering to the wider business.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, including graphic designers and content creators, to conceptualise and create motion graphic projects and digital outputs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of digital solutions and design.
Key Requirements:
- You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or in Digital Marketing or Digital Media.

- Proven experience as a Digital Designer and Digital Solutions provider, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and animations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- You are organised and can prioritise effectively.
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
