 Responsibilities

• Experience creating technical requirements from business requirements.

• Analyze and develop technical requirements based on solution documentation.

• Ensure integrity of business and technical requirements in end-to-end customer journey.

• Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements, and turning them into use cases, user stories, sequence diagrams, cheat sheets, etc., whatever is suitable.

• Bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment of both functional (for business needs) and non-functional requirements (such as reporting, performance, interfaces, and constraints.)

• Experience in SDLC and implementations.

• Some experience in working with packaged software, including implementation and testing, is beneficial.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Experience working with both on-site and remote team members.

 Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst

• Bachelor's degree

 Skills/Experience that are preferred.

• Strong preference for previous exposure to one of the following technologies: Anaplan, Workday, Snowflake

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required. Must be able to communicate with everyone from end-users, technical team members, and management.

• Excellent organization and time management skills are required.

• Demonstrated facilitation and problem-solving skills and an understanding of Software/System Development Lifecycle methodologies are required.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and structure work to meet the work requirement.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
