Primary Function of Position:

  • Serve as SME and provide expert support to business on current and new functionalities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal business partner for the functional area
  • Translate business requirements into functional design.
  • Create functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams and development teams to deliver the technical objects.
  • Review and contribute to design document, configuration documents and functional specifications
  • Conduct unit and Integration testing and regression testing.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support ISI’s production processes and all associated business systems functions.
  • Analyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis as required, and provide ISI business team with cost efficient proposal on inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.
  • Work with ISI IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
  • Identify gaps between current and future state of business processes and helps in prioritizing opportunities to improving processes through the usage of Business capability matrix (BCM)
  • Be able to lead and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information.
  • Conduct QA validations and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests on various initiatives.
  • Conduct deployment activities for supply chain projects and provide training to new users


Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring QM module & knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM, PP & PM experience is an asset).
  • 6+ years related experience covering Business system analyst, and prior demonstrated implementation experience on at least one package ERP application. SAP experience is required with a strong lead role in implementation is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Hands on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) and working experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) & SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
  • SAP S4 HANA experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience with global organizations and multi-language environments.
  • Medical devices computer systems validation (CSV) process knowledge is a must and have demonstrated experience of managing projects with Medical devices Part 11 compliance requirements.


Quality Management: Should be very hands on with:

  • Inspection Plans, Inspection lot processes
  • Sampling
  • Quality Notifications
  • Working knowledge of PP/MM/PM integration
  • Working knowledge of Integration with other SAP & Non-SAP applications.


  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
