Primary Function of Position:

As an SAP Business Analyst specializing in Plant Maintenance (PM) and QM, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of SAP Plant Maintenance and Quality management processes.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Business process blueprint sessions with end users and gather requirements.
  • Document the requirements in Business process blueprint documents.
  • Design the solution to meet the business requirements.
  • Create Functional specifications and Functional design documents.
  • Experienced to Propose, Build, Configure, Integrate, Test and Document solutions meeting specific functional and technical customer requirements.
  • Cutover planning and End user training
  • Go live and Post go live support.


Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • 10+ years for SAP experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design, development, and testing of SAP Plant Maintenance and Quality management modules with S/4 Hana
  • Has Strong Knowledge and Experience in
  • Master data objects such as Functional Location, Equipment, Installed Base, Equipment BOM, Task lists, Maintenance plans etc.
  • Serial number management and tracking
  • Maintenance Planning and Work Scheduling
  • Tool/Equipment usage tracking via PRT counters and Calibration management
  • Maintenance notification processing
  • Maintenance order execution
  • Maintenance parts planning
  • Equipment inspection process
  • Preventive and breakdown maintenance
  • Equipment (PRT) manufacturing – Inhouse/ External
  • Capitalization of new equipment
  • Maintenance order settlement
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • SAP certifications related to SAP PM and QM is a plus.
