Primary Function of Position:
As an SAP Business Analyst specializing in Plant Maintenance (PM) and QM, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of SAP Plant Maintenance and Quality management processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Business process blueprint sessions with end users and gather requirements.
- Document the requirements in Business process blueprint documents.
- Design the solution to meet the business requirements.
- Create Functional specifications and Functional design documents.
- Experienced to Propose, Build, Configure, Integrate, Test and Document solutions meeting specific functional and technical customer requirements.
- Cutover planning and End user training
- Go live and Post go live support.
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- 10+ years for SAP experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design, development, and testing of SAP Plant Maintenance and Quality management modules with S/4 Hana
- Has Strong Knowledge and Experience in
- Master data objects such as Functional Location, Equipment, Installed Base, Equipment BOM, Task lists, Maintenance plans etc.
- Serial number management and tracking
- Maintenance Planning and Work Scheduling
- Tool/Equipment usage tracking via PRT counters and Calibration management
- Maintenance notification processing
- Maintenance order execution
- Maintenance parts planning
- Equipment inspection process
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Equipment (PRT) manufacturing – Inhouse/ External
- Capitalization of new equipment
- Maintenance order settlement
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- SAP certifications related to SAP PM and QM is a plus.
