Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Utilize in house software to compress intraoperative medical image and video clip according to a clinical protocol.
  • Provide technical support when necessary to clinics.
  • Create case report for each surgical case.
  • Acquire data from clinical site to analyze data quality.
  • Verify surgical image and video quality during and post-surgical cases.
  • Responsible to identify when data quality is not met according to protocol standard.
  • Provide immediate feedback to internal team when data quality is not met so that mitigation can be implemented.
  • Travel to clinical sites 50% when on-site support is needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to trouble shoot issues related to data quality
  • Data organization and archival, focused on image and media files
  • May support other areas of clinical development when required


Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • B.S. degree; or 1-3 years of related experience within a clinical setting
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time to support vendors during clinical trial.
  • Basic understanding of human anatomy
  • Excellent attention to detail and great team player
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Video Players (ie VLC and Adobe Pro)
  • Experience working in a GDP environment, and any clinical trial experience, is a plus
