Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, development, testing, administration, deployment, and documentation of new integration functionalities and security design of the new HCM solution.
  • Develops Workday integration systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
  • Develops and executes software system testing and validation procedures.
  • Collaborates on the design of the work and partners with users to develop specifications, resolve issues, and continuously improve processes.
  • Conducts quality assurance reviews of the project to deliver effective and scalable solutions and evaluates and documents procedures.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of the business process, workflows, and data requirements for each Workday integration across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.


Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Workday Integration Certification desired
  • 4+ years’ experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes and complexity levels.
  • Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, Calculated Fields, BIRT, and Workday Studio.
  • Must have experience with Workday integration in a corporate environment with an extensive global employee size (10k or more)
  • General knowledge in all Workday functional areas.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
