 Responsibilities

  • Lead Projects’ delivery
  • Manage the initiation and development of detailed project plans.
  • Manage the vendors and collaboratively work with the vendors’ Project Managers.
  • Track projects’ status and report to the PMO and Senior Management
  • Quality management, including review and assurance of deliverables before acceptance.
  • Risk/Issue management, including risk/issue assessment, contingency planning, track risk/issue status, and escalations.
  • Responsible for the daily management of the Project Life Cycle and making sure deliverables are aligned across the projects.

 Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree

 Skills/Experience that are preferred.

  • Medical device or experience in another regulated industry (pharma, aerospace, automotive)
  • PMP certification
  • Excellent experience in working with vendors and managing stakeholders.
  • MS Project, Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Change Management and training internal users.
  • Preferred familiarity/previous experience with one of the following technologies: Anaplan, Workday, Snowflake
