Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible/coordinates regression testing of impacted systems
- Develops overall test strategy and plan
- Coordinates the test phases with various stakeholders
- Coordinate testing scenario (use cases) and scripts
- Manage testing resource and logistics
- Drive all test phases and report of test status on the various test cycles
- Coordinate issue resolution and track to resolution
- Ensure all quality standards are met during testing
- Responsible to obtain UAT, Integration Test sign offs
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- Test approvals and sign offs at least 4-6 years of relevant Workday HCM experience
- 2 years of experience leading Workday HCM projects for Testing
- Experience with leading at least 1 end-to-end Workday HCM implementation project
- Should have working knowledge in test management tool qTest or ALM to extract test status reports for testcases and defects
Certification additional plus:
- Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM Certified is desirable
