Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assists in budget/resource planning of all projects under a porfolio
- Supports for the project start up, planning, solution, cost estimates
- Drafts and processes the RCE
- Assists IT Solution Owner in project planning activities until IT PM is allocated to Project
- Tracks Project status as part of Portfolio updates
- Ensures Project Change Requests are submitted, reviewed and approved
- Tracks Project Actuals and Forecast (based on inputs from IT PM & IT Solution Owner)
- Coordinates Capitalization process with Finance
- Ensures all Financial project close activities are completed
- Coordinate with the project managers and other IT unit managers on project, workload, and IT asset information and processes
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- Knowledge of and experience in Project Portfolio Management methodologies
- Knowledge of and experience in project management principles and processes including the Project Management Body of Knowledge
- Experience creating reports, charts, and graphs for executive management
- Knowledge of resource management
- Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to work in a changing environment, evaluate priorities, and modify work plans as necessary
- Ability to lead a team or work independently and develop effective solutions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Excellent analytical skills, and oral and written communication skills
Desirable Qualifications/Skills:
- Prior working experience with Anaplan, Smartsheet & Box
