IntoJobs, part of the IntoWork Group, is seeking an experienced and detail‑driven Employment Outcome & Progress Performance Specialist to support performance across the Workforce Australia program.
This is a high‑impact, specialist role where your expertise will directly influence outcomes, retention and success for job seekers across Mackay Region.
About the Role
As the Employment Outcome & Progress Performance Specialist, you’ll provide expert guidance, tracking and support to ensure the accurate and timely achievement of progress and outcome payments in line with Workforce Australia requirements.
Working closely with Regional Leaders, Site Leaders and Employment Consultants, you’ll analyse performance, forecast outcomes and drive continuous improvement to maximise employment results and retention for participants.
Your success will come from your ability to balance technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring, tracking and forecasting progress performance and outcome payments across sites
- Creating and maintaining claim tracking systems and reporting on financial outcomes vs targets
- Acting as a subject matter expert on Workforce Australia outcomes and compliance requirements
- Supporting teams to maximise employment outcomes and sustainment milestones (4, 12 and 26 weeks)
- Running retention and performance meetings, providing actionable insights to operational teams
- Delivering training and coaching on outcomes, claims and performance processes
- Coordinating documentary evidence collection and ensuring timely, accurate claim lodgement
- Strengthening stakeholder engagement with consultants, leaders, employers and partners
- Driving continuous improvement through auditing, coaching and process enhancement
About You
You’re analytical, organised and solutions‑focused, with a strong understanding of employment services and performance frameworks.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in employment services, workforce programs or performance-focused roles
- Strong knowledge (or ability to quickly learn) Workforce Australia outcome and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and reporting capability, including experience with data tracking and forecasting
- Confidence delivering training, coaching and performance guidance
- Advanced organisational and time‑management skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
- A proactive, solutions‑focused and continuous improvement mindset
