About Us

With over 85 years of tangible impact, we have carved out our place as a leader in water infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. Embrace the opportunity to be part of our dynamic team creating the future of water for generations to come. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in our continued success and be a driving force in our journey towards a water-resilient world.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role on a major water infrastructure program where risk management is central to successful delivery. As the Risk Lead, you will shape and embed a program-wide risk framework that supports informed decision-making across planning, design, and construction phases.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will lead the proactive management of risks across cost, schedule and performance outcomes. Using your expertise in quantitative risk analysis, you will provide data-driven insights that strengthen forecasting, governance and delivery confidence.

We are seeking a collaborative and commercially minded risk professional with strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate complex risk data into practical insights. You will help foster a proactive risk-aware culture, challenge assumptions and drive consistency across a complex delivery environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in risk management, business analysis or program controls within complex construction project environments
  • Strong capability in quantitative risk analysis, including QSRA/QCRA, Monte Carlo simulation modelling and data analysis tools
  • Demonstrated experience in construction, utilities or major brownfield infrastructure projects across both design and construction phases
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, influence senior stakeholders and present complex risk insights clearly
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, including understanding of contract environments, contingency modelling and integrated program controls frameworks (NEC4 experience highly regarded)

This role is based in our Girraween (Western Sydney) office, with travel to our site in North Head (Northern Beaches) as required.
