The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to deliver hands on generalist support across the full people lifecycle. As a People Experience Advisor, you will partner with leaders, teams and P&C Business Partners to provide practical, compliant and people focused advice, while contributing to broader P&C initiatives.

This role offers a strong mix of employee relations, performance management, injury management and development support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration and being close to the business. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy empowering leaders, and are passionate about creating positive outcomes for people, this role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

You will bring:

  • Bachelor of Business or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in a HR generalist role
  • Construction, utilities or blue collar industries preferred but not essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
