The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Communications Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of marketing and internal communications initiatives. With your expertise, you will create engaging content that supports Interflow’s goals and brand identity. You’ll also manage social media channels, our internal news platform, and deliver a consistent and engaging user experience.

Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, you will contribute to reporting, monitoring key metrics, and developing marketing materials that represent Interflow’s people, projects and purpose. Your strength lies in collaborating with others to deliver effective communication outcomes.

You will bring:

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience creating engaging presentations
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
