About Us
With over 85 years of tangible impact, we have carved out our place as a leader in water infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. Embrace the opportunity to be part of our dynamic team creating the future of water for generations to come. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in our continued success and be a driving force in our journey towards a water-resilient world.
The Opportunity
Join a supportive and experienced payroll team that plays a key role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time. As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll be hands-on with the day-to-day running of our payroll function, helping to keep things organised, accurate, and on track.
You’ll enter new starter details into Connx and MicrOpay, chase up timesheet hours, process travel payments, and assist with regular data entry and reporting tasks. You’ll also support the Payroll Manager and Payroll Officer to ensure every pay cycle runs smoothly, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on detail and enjoys problem-solving within a collaborative environment. Experience with Connx or MicrOpay is an advantage but not essential (we’re happy to provide training and support).
We also understand the importance of flexibility. This position can be worked across school hours over four days, or three full days per week, with availability required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as these are our busiest payroll days.
