The Opportunity

Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with a passion for improving systems and processes? We are currently seeking a Business Process and Systems Specialist to help us streamline the way we work. In this newly created role, you’ll support the document management of key business processes, assist with maintaining our Integrated Management System, and work closely with teams across Operations and other departments to ensure documents, procedures and systems are current, accurate, and easy to access.

This role offers the chance to driving efficiency, supporting compliance, and enabling smarter, safer work across the business. You'll have the ability to shape systems and processes, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and help Interflow deliver on its strategic goals. You will bring:

  • A degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, or Manufacturing), Safety, Health, Environment or Quality
  • Previous experience in construction, civil engineering, or a related industry
  • Strong background in procedure documentation, and systems administration
  • Proficiency with document management systems, document control, electronic filing, and tools like Visio
  • Solid understanding of Safety, Sustainability and Quality standards and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) 
  • Experience with Safety, Sustainability and Quality Management System data integrity and security
