The Opportunity

We currently have a new opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our corporate office in Western Sydney (Girraween). In this role you will work alongside the greater finance team, processing invoices for payment in an accurate and timely manner. As a collaborative team member, you will have the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments, responding to any queries they may have regarding their account status. As an experienced Accounts Payable professional, you will complete month end processing, payment runs and reconciliations within allocated timeframes.

You will bring:

  • Relevant Accounts Payable knowledge and experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Clear communication skills to liaise with suppliers, internal departments and resolving payment queries
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability to investigate discrepancies and follow through to resolution
