About Us

With over 85 years of tangible impact, we have carved out our place as a leader in water infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. Embrace the opportunity to be part of our dynamic team creating the future of water for generations to come. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in our continued success and be a driving force in our journey towards a water-resilient world.

The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth, we have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team in Manly on a part-time basis (ideally 25 hours per week, preferably across 4 or 5 days). In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the office and our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the office space, takes pride in keeping it running smoothly, and brings a can do attitude with no job being too big or too small. As a varied role, your responsibilities will range from arranging catering and ordering office supplies to providing project administration, coordinating rosters and timesheets, data entry, procurement, and everything in between. As a pivotal member of the team, you will also support the onboarding process and coordinate training for new starters, as well as provide general administrative support to the Program Director and project teams.

As a proactive Office Administrator, you will ensure the office is running efficiently, is well stocked and equipped, ready for daily use by the entire site team. With a keen eye for detail, you will continuously look for ways to improve the office environment and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your ability to prioritise competing deadlines, maintain accuracy, and communicate effectively will make you an invaluable part of our operations.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail with a customer service approach
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
